Apart from our first granted NATA ISO 15189 for Cytology testing in 29th July 2004 (Accreditation No 15110), we are now delighted to inform you our success in obtaining HOKLAS accreditation for Medical Testing (Registration Number: 818S) on 4th December 2007. HOKLAS medical testing standards are based on the requirements of ISO 15189:2007. ISO 15189 is an internationally recognized medical laboratory accreditation with standards well adopted by worldwide countries. ISO 15189 contains both management system requirements and technical requirements which involve quality management system; technical competency of staff; suitability, calibration and maintenance of test equipment; sampling, handling and transportation of specimens; and quality assurance of testing and reporting.
